A Protective Legislation Working Against Drink and Drive

This act must prevent accidents related to drinking and driving

Prevention Aid:

- Strict stealth security rule inside:

At every location where alcohol drinks are served, guards must be able to stop those who have been drinking inside and were about to leave the location in their car or in their bike.

Just as casinos' security oversees cheaters or excessive, abusive behavior by some, so should the same policy be applied in respects to controlling the drunks inside the pubs, resorts or any other places where alcohol beverages are served.

- Valet rule implementation outside:

At those resorts, even outer city highway locations where alcohol drinks are served, a valet must demand a breathalyzer test acting upon a request from the inside guards, especially if the persons leaving the bars or the pubs are leaving with an alcohol beverage they just bought.

As well, upon request from the inside of the bar or pub etc, the valet is to initiate a breathalyzer test on the respective person that reportedly had the drink or drinks. If that individual is accompanied by someone and that someone has a license to drive, then the valet must make sure that someone is to drive the car.

If more than just one person is accompanying the one who had the drinks, or all of them had the drinks, then an accompanying police car is required to escort them home at the police car's speed. All of this will be done at a special fee.

The valet will also be entrusted in special instances to drive the customer to a desired destination and receive a certain fee for this specific service. The valet will be replaced by another valet at the working location either by a guard or by a police officer.

If a person does (or persons do) refuse to let the valet drive, then both he and one of the guards from the pub are required to drive the individual (valet driving) or escort (guard escorting the person inside the car or follow him or her car from the outside) home. There will be a certain fee required for this service.

Any individual that owns a 2 wheel vehicle is also required, upon drinking, to hand over the keys. The vehicle will be delivered home by a towing truck upon request of the guards or the valets.

- Imprisoning comes into effect only in the following instances:

Upon resisting handing over the car key to a valet, especially after a breathalyzer test is failed, the respective individual is to be remanded into custody.

Upon deceiving a police car which is accompanying the individuals' car to its destination.

Penalty for both of these acts should be 3 months jail.

If anyone of the three parties (guards, valets or drivers) are found cheating or abusing these rules outlined above, the penalty should be a minimum of 1 year imprisonment.

Requirements for being guards and valets

Anyone hired by respective pubs, resorts or any other facility which serves alcohol beverages should have a military background or pass a 30-45 days course in security.

Additionally, even the person which has a military background must attend and pass a basic course regarding this kind of job, outlining its duties and securing the right people have been joined by the facilities owners.

Policemen are also welcomed to join this protective program; it is actually encouraged that officers of the law who are curently working in the police force should also receive work in this field.
